Just consider the last year or so: remember when people thought that Turkey was going to invade a Greek island, or when people thought that Venezuela was going to invade Guyana, and Brazil even moved soldiers to the Venezuelan border? Nothing happened in both instances.
Likewise, the probability of the US actually invading Canada or Greenland, or retaking the Panama Canal, is practically zero. Even if America was to control the Gaza Strip, it would inevitably be annexed by Israel, not America. For instance, the yids might have America take it over briefly just so that the Palestinians all become 'American', and now that they're American, they can all go 'back' to their home country, America, leaving a depopulated Gaza Strip for 'Greater Israel'. All these fantasies are at most just pipe dreams of Trump, ones shared by few others.

Leftists and liberals need to Other people as 'oppressors' because believing that other people are responsible for the failings of oneself is psychologically more comforting than believing that oneself is responsible for them. If someone above me, more powerful than me, such as a patriarchy or bourgeoisie, are responsible for them, then I don't bear any burden. My burden is offloaded onto someone else, which makes me guilt-free.
