CI is heretical, but Jesus wasnt a modern jew, in fact, his people were enemies of the modern jews. The jews basically originated as a response to Christ and were formed in around 600 AD. The term "Judaism" didnt even pop up until around 1500, when they jews basically re-wrote history to insert themselves in the OT, where "Jew" refers not to the modern jews, but rather the ancient Hebrew inhabitants of Judea (and not the kingdom of Israel-Samaria, which was eventually ethnically replaced by the mongrel pagans LARPing as jews, but keeping most of their Pagan practices, and as a result *hated* by the more pure blooded Judeans). Jesus' race originated in Chaldea (possibly even further east or north), the modern "jews" are essentially the people the Hebrews were ordered to exterminate when they took the Holy Land, because they were so utterly degenerate God had given up on them.

jews can and have in fought before, it’s not unusual, IIRC one of isntrael’s PMs was bombed for wanting somesort of agreement with the Palestinians.

Because under jewish law, the penalty for blasphemy (teaching judaism wrong) is death. But that wouldn't cut it for the Romans, who reserved the death penalty for themselves and used it only for heinous crimes like murder or inciting rebellion.

All human societies kill those who pose enough threat to their power scheme.

You are correct in that CI isn't theologically sound, but the inverse of "Jesus was a filthy kike" is objectively false too. Jesus spent His entire ministry preaching against the filthy kikes, and then they had him killed. Period, end of story.
