It's not that pajeets are sexual predators that surprises me, but that the Indian government is doing anything to combat it, rather than passing laws that penalize pajeetas who resist being raped in any way.
The noble-minded 10% of Indians have a better sense of right and wrong than the riff-raff. They make efforts to secure civil order.
Surprise is a symptom of insufficient understanding. When you estimate the moral disposition of Indians, set your expectations to "Mexico". Evils are common, but they're also commonly understood as evils.
Mexico and India have similar genetic backstories: Aryan genes were injected into a savage race, and those genes were eventually absorbed by the savages. Their gene pool produces everything from barely-savage to mostly-savage.

They don't have enough cops and nobody respects the law. This is what I continue to emphasize and what people refuse to internalize. These "people" were born into a completely different world. Their culture has no context for the rule of law, personal rights, private property, contracts or obligations. All that "White people stuff" we take for granted here doesn't exist on their planet.
So not having enough cops to enforce the law, and dealing with ignorant, illiterate savages who have no concept of the law, what can be done? Anything that doesn't require a cop or understanding of the law; like having separate train cars to offer women a "safe space" to travel.
