I mean globally, sure. It sure doesn't seem that way here in America, where despite being 13% of the population, they make up the majority of the towers we see in our everyday lives.
I have been looking for stats on this, and the stats generally confirm that White average height beats out blacks by around 0.4 inches, but I can't find anything on the distribution, as I suspect there are more outliers amongst blacks.
In Northern Europe, Central Europe, and the balkans, people are very tall. Americans are just unhealthy and most come from a root population that already wasn't amazingly tall to begin with.
The shortest whites are mediteranneans, insular celts, and Northern slavs. The tallest are nordics, germans, Dutch, other northern slavs (singificant variation in this group), southern slavs (except bulgarians), and other central europeans
Also often there are just bodily requirements. A human would consider better alternatives than being a sportsballer, which require lengthy education or training, intelligence, passion, creativity, skill, etc. A nigger will immediately jump on the opportunity to NOT have to do productive work.
While every nigger who can, will become a sportsnigger, only a fraction of Whites who can will.
So that's also a factor why they are so prevalent in sportsball.
