When a factory leaves a town or city, it's surprising how fast everything goes down hill.

Detroit, formerly the Paris of the Midwest, and once the richest city in the world was pretty much handed right over to black people, who immediately took the richest city, and drove it straight through the ground, turning it into a post apocalyptic wasteland, high crime rate and run down city.
Dearborn, formerly a bustling city now overwhelmingly Arab. Many areas don't have English on their signs. High crime rate, high rate of abuse, run down city. Many areas you feel like you are actually in the middle east rather than America.
Canton, now becoming jeetville, stores now popping up without English on their signs. Once thriving, now hit hard with diversity. Schools going down hill, crime is up, city is getting run down fast. In it's active destruction phase.
Nothing good ever comes from diversifying white areas.
