The British East India Trading Company is what built the British empire, but it was largely isolated from the King. So it's safe to say almost every vice introduced to mankind in recent times had a jew behind it, because this is a recurring theme. (See: Alcohol and etc., exception being wine and the blood of Christ.)
You are correct that wine and beer are exceptions, both so old that we don't even remember who invented them or when, except they are a core part of the various European identities.
As to vices, it sure looks that way. Every addictive drug, masturbation, pornography, gambling (which is the original jewish scam - some of our earliest records of them show them swindling peasants in the streets with 3 card monte). Hell, even our own (((CIA))) invented doomscrolling, as InQtel, a publicly admitted CIA venture fund, created Facebook through what was originally their 'lifelog' project.
