I've never understood why the Arabs do not tell the rest of the world this, 24/7. It makes perfect sense and is obviously true.

Because the jewish press would shut it down if they did. And they would also have to admit both they and the Arabs are not actually full semites (if they have any in them at all) but rather Canaanites, and the entire Dispensationalist narrative protecting them from being purged from Christian lands would collapse overnight.
