Shepherd's pie served with roast carrots and blanched broccolini and gravy.
Chickpea daal served with crumbled fetta and a small serving of garlic naan.
Chili con carne and cheese and salad in a low carb wrap or with 100g white rice topped with shredded tasty cheese and a side serving of diced European cucumber.
Beef stew with carrots, navy beans, green beans and potato.
Steak with scalloped potatoes, roast carrot, green beans and gravy.
Stop having deserts.
Cut your portion sizes down - it won't matter because the protein will keep you satisfied for many hours and your body will slowly get reconditioned to smaller servings.
