Chicken and broccoli stir fry with oyster sauce on 100g white rice.
Creamy palak (spinach) curry served with paneer and a small serve of garlic naan.
Laksa chicken curry soup or Thai red curry soup with bean sprouts, served with rice instead of noodles.
Shepherd's pie served with roast carrots and blanched broccolini and gravy.
Chickpea daal served with crumbled fetta and a small serving of garlic naan.
Chili con carne and cheese and salad in a low carb wrap or with 100g white rice topped with shredded tasty cheese and a side serving of diced European cucumber.
