No, you misread. Two flight to Guatemala were successful, but the flight bound for Mexico was blocked.

Agreed. We have Howard Air Force Base (Panama), Soto Cano Air Base (Honduras), and Natal Air Force Base (Brazil).

Land the planes there and march them out the front gate. Not our problem beyond that.
