i mostly put endives and pickles on my burger, maybe fermented saurkraut when i'm out of pickles
as for tomatoes, yeah i know they're loaded with sugar, but we're talking about artificial sugars and goyslurpie, not something that's naturally occurring.
the recommended amount for a male is 36 grams of sugar, drinking a goy slurpie cup (average from 300-400ML) is pretty much that and above
now factor into the equation cereals, snacks, and other junkfood that is marketed towards kids and you went over that amount 10 times over
i was a fatass when i was a kid because my fatass mom fed me goyslop (including goyslurpies) because she was too much of a fat bitch to actually cook
you know i was XXXL in pants? now i'm just L, it took YEARS to lose all that excess weight and the only thing i had to cut was sugar.
cut the sugar-water, do some exercise and you'll naturally revert to your normal body size
if you want to go the extra mile, cut the carbs as well, because carbohydrates also turn into glucose
P.S if the kids become bratty about cutting off their sugar-water, simply buy a stevia (in liquid) and iced tea bags, the teas consist out of dried leaves and either lemongrass or Hibiscus and some natural flavoring, buy big glass jugs and they have their own house-made, goyslop free, sugar-free "sugar"water that they actually enjoy and aren't getting fat over it
and all you need is 3 ingredients (a bit of lemon juice, tea, and stevia)
