Man i used to own so many shares of AMD 15 years ago when the stock price was flat. Sold it all because i got tired of flat stock price.

Now AMD skyrocketed and Intel tanked and might get bought out.

It is worrisome that AMD/Intel/Nvidia have such a huge monopoly over chips

Also worrisome that Amazon holds 40% market-share of all e-commerce in the USA. The next closest is walmart with only about 7%

Keep in mind that you only really need x86 for gaming nowadays, if you don't intend to game on your PC you might as well buy a RISC processor such as ARM, no fuckery and an open platform with many different manufacturers, including many European ones without spyware.

RISC processors doesn't have anything like IME (((israel inside))), just raw cores at a very affordable price, often more cores than intel and AMD too, but these cores will run at a lower frequency so it's mostly useful for multi threaded applications. They also don't get warn and is very energy efficient which is a huge plus in many scenarios.
