Fish and chips requires a lot of oil for deep frying. And I know that seed oils are bad, but they are cheap, . I can't use olive oil cause its too expensive. So im curious as to what oils you guys use to cook Fish and Chips.

Peanut oil is what you want. Good for frying, not a seed oil, and won't break the bank like tallow or lard.

Also don't listen to all the whiny faggots saying it's unhealthy. I'm pretty sure if deep frying was so bad, the Dutch would've figured it out a couple of hundred years ago when they INVENTED IT.

It's not like your drinking pints of fryer oil every day. Enjoy your fish.
