What oils do you use to cook fish and chips?

Fish and chips requires a lot of oil for deep frying. And I know that seed oils are bad, but they are cheap, . I can't use olive oil cause its too expensive. So im curious as to what oils you guys use to cook Fish and Chips.

Yup, put in a tray splash it with olive oil, garlic, rosemary and basil, salt & pepper and let the magic happen on its own.

I do this, less mess. I generally use extra virgin olive oil and salt. That’s it. Crispy skin salmon.
