Constitution is irrelevant after 2020. Nobody cared to enforce it and for decades prior to 2020, local governments suspended 2nd Amendment rights.

Aside from divine law, the Constitution is the supreme law of the land. If they did not care about the Constitution, they will not care about judges or representatives. The only reason we don’t have another lockdown is simply because the government chooses not to.
