No he doesn't. First of all, karma is a spiritual consequence meted out by the deities, not a decision that mortals have any say in. Furthermore, revenge is not part of Hinduism in the slightest.
He is proof that present-day Indians are not decendants of the enlightened and advanced Hindus we see immortalized in architecture and verse. These opportunists simply ride on the coattails of others, and lie out of both sides of their mouths to try to justify their actions -- pointing fingers out of convenience and justification.
Whites used to be native to huge parts of central Asia as well as the Middle East and northern Africa. We got mixed out of existence just like what's happening in Europe and America today.
