No he doesn't. First of all, karma is a spiritual consequence meted out by the deities, not a decision that mortals have any say in. Furthermore, revenge is not part of Hinduism in the slightest.

The Brits have colonized India a lot. They did even WORSE things than today, like having widows kill themselves in the burial fire of their husbands, cannibalism, rape, caste systems. They build education systems and sewage systems. They invented the police man that wasn't 100% corrupt. If anything, Britain deserves praise for trying to terraform India into a place humans could live, raising their standards of living as much as they could. None of this is a consideration to them.
If Britain is fully turned into a shithole where 90% of humanoids are various brands of shitskins, they will starve around as garbage piles up everywhere. Rolling blackouts will occur, open shitting becomes normal, rape will be a normal occurrence (people just ignore it or join).
The same applies to jews. What do they think will happen when there is no Whitey any more to shield them from the shit golems? Do they really think they can have a luxurious life in some beach house and go shopping with their infinite money scheme? The niggers will come and rape and kill them.
Non-Whites simply lack foresight. To us it is a natural trait, a genetic requirement for what was necessary to survive. For subhumans it was never necessary.

if anything, africa and india should be praising whites for colonizing them.
this is in stark contrast to other colonizing races/ethnicities that only killed and leeched off the people they colonized (see ottoman empire, mongols etc)
Britons were colonised and enslaved by Romans for almost a thousand years. They still look back on the positive things the Romans brought with them.
I don't know if any of these countries or peoples (apart from maybe Hong Kong) ever had their "What did the Britons ever do for us?" moment.
