For context, this law firm (Cohen & Grigsby P.C.) is hosting an event with local HR managers, explaining to them how they can hire their firm to import low-wage, low-IQ pajeets by "demonstrating" there aren't any qualified American candidates. They do this by running job ads in newspapers, tossing the applications in the trash, and then just claiming no qualified candidates applied. Because everyone knows its high school dropouts and crackheads that are applying to be Senior MySQL Engineers and UX Designers.
That's why HR managers need these pajeets to fill these critical roles for 1/10th the salary. DUH!

Good post thanks for sharing. This is also why you’re not allowed to actually walk in somewhere and introduce yourself to a manager to get a job anymore.
It's a totally new world since the 80s/ 90s. You could walk in with your resume and do an interview on the spot. Now an AI filter "scans" your resume for buzzwords and completely deletes it if it doesn't meet a certain percentage of the "key phrases" they're looking for. I was told to use the exact phrasing in the job listing to get past the filters. It works, but then you're basically re-writing your resume for every damn application.
