Some employers are complaining about Gen-Z.
Let me tell you what is wrong with Gen-Z.
Absolutely nothing.
They know that they can make more money doing their own thing on TikTok and facebook. It's not worth it to show up to a 9-5 that pays minimum wage.
Gen-Z has checked out of the rat-race, and I don't think it's a problem.
Any Gen-Z that wants to learn everything I know about raising goats (and I don't know that much) is more than welcome to pick my brain. There's plenty of opportunities out there for homesteaders and farmers nowadays.
I can pull a low body count Gen-Z woman to wife and I'm old af. It isn't that hard. 1) Be fit and well groomed. 2) produce something of value in the physical world. (Paper shuffling jobs will someday go away). 3a) learn emotional and mental discipline 3b) Learn to hold your own in everyday situations. Whether it's a dinner party with strangers, someone trying to rip you off, neighbors causing a nuisance. Practice until you can handle and thrive in most normal situations 4). Be dominant with your wife and fuck her good.
The house is harder. Suburbs are for 100 IQ trash. One has to figure out where to get land that will hold it's value for 50+ years. Possible invaaion from illegals, taxed to death, possible damage in riots or war, so isolated it's a target for gangs. Much harder problem. One also has to figure out how to save money outside the system. Gold is the easiest but there's many other ways
But this is probably to your benefit. Men actually go up in market value as they age, since most women care more about how well you provide for them rather than how you look, and you ability to have kids as a man does not really wane as you age. Its why historically speaking, women generally went for men outside of their generations, Hitler complained about it in mein kamf.
Just accept that your land value is going to drop. Plan accordingly.
Gold doesn't reproduce and make little gold babies. You can't even eat it.
Technology invented in the 1960s is plenty enough to handle any riot. Just make sure to keep your magazines loaded.
This isn't rocket science. We're not the first civilization to come down from a golden age, and it's not even the first time here in the US.
