Let me tell you what is wrong with Gen-Z.
Absolutely nothing.
They know that they can make more money doing their own thing on TikTok and facebook. It's not worth it to show up to a 9-5 that pays minimum wage.
Gen-Z has checked out of the rat-race, and I don't think it's a problem.
Any Gen-Z that wants to learn everything I know about raising goats (and I don't know that much) is more than welcome to pick my brain. There's plenty of opportunities out there for homesteaders and farmers nowadays.
But this is probably to your benefit. Men actually go up in market value as they age, since most women care more about how well you provide for them rather than how you look, and you ability to have kids as a man does not really wane as you age. Its why historically speaking, women generally went for men outside of their generations, Hitler complained about it in mein kamf.
