With my mom, we have talked in length about it, and she is in agreement on everything except the holocaust, because my Grandfather supposedly did liberate death camps so she refuses to address the possibility that he was confused or lying (My grandma who I was very close to talked about the camps being the same as internment camps for the japs, but of course she was being racist instead of telling what her husband told her). My siblings are all gen-Z so they hate the palestinian killers. My grandma on the other hand is a tougher sell. She believes that Jews are the "chosen" people, but at least she refuses to interpret what that means, as it isn't our place to decide what god has chosen them for. She is of the mindset to leave them to their own devices as long as they leave us alone. She also agrees that they are not above the law, and should be punished like the rest of us for their terrible crimes, so I will let sleeping dogs lie for the rest of it. As for my Dad's family, they dropped the jew long before I was noticing, so I get to be myself with them.
