When this law was originally written, only public service existed. No other jew box channels existed. It's still outdated to this day. Modern day TV's runs Android TV OS, many modern cars runs Android auto. Since you can watch BBC on both, they're both technically receivers. Yet nobody pays TV loicense for a car or a PC or a monitor.

These laws are left as is to remain complex and open for interpretation. And that's exactly how they get you to sign up for a BBC subscription.

Don't pay and argue with technicalities. They can only fine you if they can prove that you watched BBC. If the receiver still counted they'd fine you for simply owning a smart phone, because you can technically watch BBC on a smartphone too,

The fuck are you talking about you absolue retard.

If you can tune it into TV radio frequencies and is connected to an ariel and mains power, it is classed as a reciever.

Or if you recieve TV via a cable or satellite subscription service which carries the BBC (which they all do).

Or if you log into iPlayer via the internet.

Obeying retarded laws is a cuck move. You choose to be cucked, that's on you. BBC can go fuck themselves, and so can NRK and SVT.
