Should I have my 4 month old son vaccinated ?

I'm sure most if not all of you are anti vax but I was curious to hear your opinions on this. What is the possibility it could cause autism and other debilitating side effects ?

Mumps and rubella aren't dangerous for kids. Rubella is only dangerous if pregnant mothers get it for their kid in utero. Why vaccinate a child for that?
