I'm sure most if not all of you are anti vax but I was curious to hear your opinions on this. What is the possibility it could cause autism and other debilitating side effects ?

The possibility is non zero. The question you should be asking is what are the benefits? How much will getting the vaccine reduce the risk of disease, if at all? Is such a reduction worth the increased risk of SIDS?
At the end of the day, it is your choice, and you have to do your own risk assessment.
