I'm sure most if not all of you are anti vax but I was curious to hear your opinions on this. What is the possibility it could cause autism and other debilitating side effects ?

I've vaxxed two of my kids on schedule to age six. One to age two. And two have received zero.
I don't know what advice to offer. I'm sometimes scared for what diseases they could acquire due to the sheer number of illegal shit skins that live in this area.
I'd also lose my soul if one of my kids were vaccinated and they succumbed to SIDS.
The life of a parent is questioning all of your decisions.
The problem is the vaccines don't seem to offer much protection. The really nasty shit we can get won't be covered by these shots anyway. That's my generalization. And I think it's imperative to keep our kids away from diseased immigrants. I had to keep my son from playing with some Hindoo kids because they looked diseased. Seemed like nice kids but sick looking.
We had a pediatrician once that gave us the protective percentages so we could be maximally informed. I can't remember which ones but some of the multi-dose like Hep B had a schedule of like five doses but couldn't offer more than 80% protection after two. They have diminishing returns.
Where I struggle is the longevity of such vaccines. You can only have a fixed amount of antibodies in your blood. And it makes no sense why your body would be in constant production for a disease that you aren't infected with or why it would produce anything at all sans infection.
Thankfully we are moving away to a town that is 90%+ rural white farmers. Still some spics but far far less than where we currently live.
