fruit oils and most fish oils are literally just fruit/fish squished until the oil comes out. then they strain it, let it settle to separate, and skim the oil. that's it. you can do this in a jug at home. people all over the mediterranean have been doing it for over a thousand years.

Olive oil isn't better than the whole foods when it comes to sources of fats, no oils is better than the whole food.
