This is a quick guide on finding a girl. Feel free to ask me any questions you have. Not everything works on every girl so you can make your own adjustments and this guide is more about just getting a girls number. This is a general quick guide so some things may work better or worse depending where you live.

- Take care of yourself by exercising, healthy foods(they really do help mood such as caoco powder and avocado which can be bought in cups), haircut
- Wearing clothes that fit and suit your style(if you are normal then get any watch and necklace and possible bracelet). Copying celebs/models outfits can be good. It doesn't have to be overboard but just someone who looks fuckable which is basically someone who like themselves and confident in them. If below 6 feet tall then buy shoes with height increase or wear elevated soles in your shoes basically man heels. Women wear heels and spend tons of money on makeup and etc so dont feel bad about wearing them.
- If your face is fat then beard if possible(rogaine can make most people grow a beard after 3-6months) - reason is to create that jaw line shadow
- DO NOT USE DATING APPS - 90% of first dates don't lead to 2nd dates, too much competition and women can't decide what man to go with, you have higher chances of getting a girl from online games/forums, dating apps will hurt confidence in the long run, depending where you live matters so some cities dating apps might work better
- Women want men to approach them, there is so many girls who wish that men would just walk up and say something to them.
- Women want you to be confident and will go with whatever you believe is right.
- What kind of girl are you looking for? Write down what you like/dislike about your ideal girl. It doesn't matter on the specific things she is into so don't worry about those when dating.

- Local groups and events on whatever you are interested in is good
- Connections from friends - asking friends is easy if they know someone
- Employees - this is the easiest girls to hit on
- Random girls in the store
- Church/Church Groups - some Churches have singles groups
- Bars/Clubs - I don't drink/smoke so I'm not big into those places

- You don't lose by asking a girl if she is single or has a boyfriend, you lose by not asking at all.
- Girls love being approached/attention so don't worry if she is not single
- Reality is men actually have a super power when it comes to dating. This super power is that a man can approach any girl and ask them out so if a man taps into that power then they can pick from the girls they have asked out while women just wait to be asked out. Reality is the only bad thing to happen is if you don't ask women out at all because when you don't then you will beat yourself up over it later.

3. # To Setup Date - After the conversion starts flowing then depending what is going on if she looks busy or you are out shopping then ask for her number so you can get to know her more since you got to go or let them continue their shopping.
You can ask her if she has a bf or if her bf likes _ or single but it isn't required because most girls will let you know if they have a bf when you start talking to them.
Reward System - After each girl you approach then reward yourself, as simple as this sounds this really helps encourages yourself to just do it.

As for what I’m “looking” for, I’d actually “settle” for an unjabbed untatted healthy weight active feminine woman under double digit sexual partners with no children, who’s open to having one of our own. At most ages, but especially mine, this is legit impossible now. It’s also impossible to know the truth about some of this, and that’s always the rub a dub dub.
Idk how old are you but one of my friends in his late 40s found a woman who is 30 at Church. She is in good health and unvax. Some Churches have singles group and women group. Make friends with the people who run them and eventually find out which are single within the group. My experience is there is bad and good Churches. Most have more women than men.
Something I learned getting older is I should have had kids early on even if I had to go through a divorce because having kids with same bloodline is better than none.
There is always places outside of US that you could visit. Idk all of them but I heard Ukraine women are looking for men who live in the US. It might be worth looking into.
