I have lots of chickens. I let them free range once they are big enough to survive attacks by hawks and crows.

I don't feed them much in spring or summer. In autumn and winter i subsidize their own foraging with food in the mornings so they can survive short cold dark winter nights. This usually just requires refilling gravity feeders every 3-4 days.

I get many dozens of eggs each week. I let chickens pick their own spots to lay. My kids help me find them. (this is where easter egg hunting comes from). I take all eggs but leave one so that they will not relocate their nest. I built coups out of old pallet wood and window screening or lattice scraps. Hinges and levers off old doors left for trash pickup. I dumpster dive sometimes for free material because contractors/developers are making so much money they fill dumpsters up with half sheets of plywood and 5 foot sections of 2x4 and other useful repurposed stuff. So chickens cost me very little. Even the door to the coup opens and closes by itself which costs about $50 per door battery operated.

Eggs are very healthy. They are natural and contain the ingredients for an embryo to grow. Why would nature provide poison to a growing embryo? It doesn't. Only lying jews tell you eggs are bad for you.

I eat eggs every breakfast and often in the evenings when i want a quick snack and i do not have any instant gratification goyslop. It takes less than 5 minutes to fry up an egg with some sliced potato or toast. I leave boiled eggs in the fridge when kids want quick healthy snack. Boiled egg and cheese or pickles.

I just bought two more bread loaf pans and am going to try some new bread recipes. I've noticed that it is very expensive now to buy healthy bread in normie grocery stores. Everything is "enriched" (stripped of all nutrients) or has lots of additive poison to it. 100% whole grain loafs are full of air and not dense and cost over $5 a loaf that doesn't last me a week. Going to try to teach one of the kids how to knead the dough and make it a weekly chore and part of an allowance i pay to my own children instead of to greedy corporations or kikes. Will pay my own child $5 for a home made loaf of bread instead of kikes at corporate grocery chains that are actively trying to poison me and my family.

I found a wheat supplier that is non-gmo and have an electric wheat grinder. Flour loses most of its nutrients by day 3 after being ground, so grind your own for the best health benefits.

We purchased a hand crank wheat grinder during lockdowns in case supply chains completely collapsed. It takes forever to grind a cup of flour with the hand crank grinder. It really makes you appreciate electricity. It also puts the invention of the windmill into a more appreciative perspective.

>Flour loses most of its nutrients by day 3 after being ground

I did not know this. I store wheat flour for many months.

How much does an electric wheat grinder go for? I have not tried to grow my own wheat yet. Not sure i have enough open field for a sufficient amount.

About 250 for a Nutrimill. We spent 300 on a Lehman’s hand crank (only brand that makes quality hand crank mills). While it takes a long time to crank by hand, wheat is one of the easiest things to grow and has a ton of calories. So in a civilization collapse scenario, having a wheat grinder and a wheat field can make a huge difference. You can plant wheat in the spring or fall too.

Yeah. An hour of kneading for a loaf of bread is a lot of work. That's why i was trying to pawn the chore off to one of the kids with a little bit of incentive. Seems i can get a good electric dough kneader for about $150

White enriched bread, like the kind they serve at a goyslop fast food place, tastes like styrofoam to me. Also, the kids have left hamburger buns in the back seat for weeks at a time and they don't mold up or decompose. What the fuck is this stuff made out of? LOL it's probably not even organic. It doesn't break down and decompose. Don't feed this shit to yourself or your family. My kids want goyslop and i say we can't order food from these places because the employees are poisoning us and can't be trusted to handle our food. Plus some states charge an extra tax for "Prepared Food" versus grocery store food. https://www.taxjar.com/blog/food/sales-tax-by-state-to-go-restaurant-orders So the government makes you pay an EXTRA TAX if you had someone else cook your food for you. LOL fuckin' greedy kikes and their shabbos goy greedy bureaucrat suckups. COCKROACHES!!!!!! I was going to call them worms but worms are generally good for my soil and help me catch fish or get eaten by chickens and beautiful songbirds.

My dinner was a two egg omelet (with white pepper and fresh coriander) with baked beans (and white pepper) and blanched broccoli.

500 calories
27g protein
27g carbs

Absolutely delicious.

Fresh and clean.

Totally satisfying.

Took five minutes to make and cost about $2.20.

Minimum 3 eggs every day as that is my breakfast every single day for years. I've done over 10 eggs a day many days. I generally presume the govt talking heads have only one agenda and that is to sell their buddy's goyslop. I would take their advice with a pinch of salt- another thing that in it's natural form is very healthy despite them saying otherwise.

I have eaten about a dozen eggs a day for a good 15 years now. I have always found it interesting how I can instantly tell everything about the politics of a person based on their reaction to how I eat.
