Ironically, talk therapy in conjunction with HRT. Homosexuality is recognized as an obsessive compulsion brought on by trauma leading to indiscriminate erotic targeting. So they prescribe hormone therapy to knock down the patient's testosterone level and have him talk through his sexual trauma.

This, you'll recognize, is the same protocol for transgendered "care": talk therapy and HRT. Why is one illegal while the other is pushed on children? Well, the one that is illegal cures a patient of a behavioral pathology and extends his life while the mandatory one drives the patient further into psychosis and self-harm.
