Ironically, talk therapy in conjunction with HRT. Homosexuality is recognized as an obsessive compulsion brought on by trauma leading to indiscriminate erotic targeting. So they prescribe hormone therapy to knock down the patient's testosterone level and have him talk through his sexual trauma.
