I assume it's the BSD license, were kikes basically can take an open source project, do a few changes and then make it proprietary. Use GPL instead, were any change added by anyone also must be open-source.
Gpl doesn't require you to open source things. It requires that you open source what you distribute. If you having it running on your servers you don't have to open source anything
