Bruce Perens co-founder of the OSI, quit the group because it's all so tiresome dealing with it e.g. the Vaccine License, which "requires that users vaccinate their children, and themselves, and that user businesses make a similar requirement of their employees, to the greatest extent legally possible."

Eric Raymond, the other co-founder got kicked out over CoC violations

I'm not sure it was ever used. The OSI rejected it and the domain it was on was not renewed

There's no fucking way that kind of a provision would stand up in a license IMO. Even the most retarded courts would probably side against it.
