Because pederasty is a form of homosexuality, which is caused by a lack of struggle in life and an unwillingness to overcome hardship. All the ancients understood this, which is why fags and troons were rightly grouped with pederasts, albeit the majority of them are the victims and not the abusers, but they are still deeply sick and the only cure is unironically hard labor.

Or a woodchipper, for pederasts.
