The Japanese have absolutely no reason for screwing this up. They don't even have the bad excuse of the Americans that they enslaved Africans. Not even any jews there. Any non-Japanese clout or power in Japan is an unforced error. They have only themselves to blame.

Yes, but they absolutely will be guilt tripped by the jews in Japan about how they treated other Asians during the War (though I have no idea how much of that was a hoax similar to what the Nazis were accused of at Nuremburg), they need to make sure they keep their kids out of the state education centers, and Japanese have a workaholism issue that makes white americans look *lazy* by comparison, so I dont see that happening.
