Measles is among the many diseases, like polio and chicken pox, that aren't particularily dangerous to kids and only really harm adults that were never exposed.

So who cares that they didn't doctor a fake image used to push a false narrative?

Whether they doctored it or not, it's still a misrepresentation on their part. There is no measles baby.
