By all means, teach girls how to change tires and teach boys how to cook for their family.
My specific criticism is that girls doing "boy things" is overly glorified by conservatives. Also, with regards to that quote, it's NOT a "human being should" situation because if a man and a woman can do all those things equally well, then there is no point for them to get together. It's the outworking of the delusional fantasy that every child that is born is a blank slate (which is what feminism has used to undermine society).
