No probably not because Jews. I deliver to a dairy plant where most of the workers are aged 20-40. I just watched the shift change and every single employee walked in with a bag of fast food and fountain soda. This is a Union plant and the work ain’t that physical. This country will poison itself to death long before Chinks or anybody else needs to do the job.

There is strength in animal foods and an animal-based diet.

I am nearly zero-carb and outside of vitamins, minerals, salts, pepper, and minced garlic I only eat unprocessed animal meats, liver, seafood, some cheese, and a cup of half n half every day (half the carbs of milk). I can't find raw milk in my area, if I could I'd try it instead.

I am losing weight, gaining strength and endurance, have nearly eliminated inflammation, and no longer need to take meds for gastro issues. I sleep better and all night long. I have more energy and less appetite. Haven't had a migraine since the first few days after changing my diet.

I'm sure there are plants that are not only perfectly fine, but even beneficial. I'll eventually try some of them one at a time for a week and see how I feel, but for now I'm just eating animals.

Also, no seed oils! They are industrial lubricants and cause inflammation and reduced brain function in addition to being carcinogenic.

Thanks! Not a diet though, literally a lifestyle change. Never knew how badly I was addicted to carbohydrates and sugars until I cut them out. Not to mention how much damage they were causing my body.

Absolutely. I ate a bite of my kiddo's birthday cake and it was disgustingly too sweet. Ended up eating a fruit parfait with plain greek yogurt and whipped cream with honey and nuts instead and it was more than sweet enough.

Yea and cutting a steak off a rack of beef technically is too. I just meant that I don't eat pre-processed sausage (I make my own), hot dogs, bratwurst, bologna, etc. Shit like that.

Also, PSA, because pork isn't halal or kosher they load it up with BHA, BHT, and non-naturally formed nitrites.

* BHA (Butylated Hydroxyanisole): A common antioxidant and preservative in many foods, including pork sausage, cereals, and snack foods. BHA has been shown to form potentially cancer-causing reactive compounds in the body.

* BHT (Butylated Hydroxytoluene): Another antioxidant and preservative used in combination with BHA in some foods, including pork sausage, seed and vegetable oils. Like BHA, BHT can also form potentially carcinogenic compounds in the body.

Natural alternatives like celery powder, celery seed extract, vitamin E, sodium chloride, and potassium chloride are also used as preservatives, they just aren't found in pork products, whereas BHA and BHT are found in almost every pork product.

Why is that?

I finally got to try some uncured bacon and it's the only bacon I've ever enjoyed, and guess what? It's not even more expensive. They put that shit in to poison us, obviously.

I wish I could actually "follow the money" and prove that jews are responsible for poisoning pork products, but I think their tracks are pretty much covered on this one.

Yea eventually all of the issues from these chemicals in our food will come to light and they'll hide behind the corporate food companies that they own "we didn't know, but we're changing, we promise. <fingers crossed, wink-wink>"
