I am tired of minorities in tech taking my job prospects, so perhaps we can make a compromise and it can return to whatever third world country it came from and work in IT there.

2) from my experiences tech is a meritocracy (apart from the hiring). You will get found out when your shit doesn't work and the whole company relies on it working.
