1) you are inferior

but

2) from my experiences tech is a meritocracy (apart from the hiring). You will get found out when your shit doesn't work and the whole company relies on it working.

3) Tech females are simped and white knighted all day fucking long

If you're a chick and you can't get along in IT then you must be fucking useless.
