Sounds like the dude was just trying to have a bit of fun. It would be better if he had kids. Kids love that type of shit, and it's fun to be able act silly with your kids like that.

Exactly, he works an honest living and probably saw those Adam West era Batman ice cream bars and thought they were funny. They'll eat them (just like they will those other ice cream bars) and move on with life. Yeah, I do all sorts of dumb shit I would never do if I didn't have kids. I play pokemon go ffs because my kid loves pokemon. We have a great time and I get to act like a kid again. It's very wholesome.
