Exactly. In my prime I was doing two a days and even on the weekends I did some type of more relaxed activity for an hour or two, like hiking, mountain biking, and/or walking the dog.
It’s sad, but what these fat sloppy Talmudic demons consider exercise, I consider living. Most of them should t even have dogs, cause they can even give them proper activity and exercise.
