a random white american moves to california to work, has no racism or noticing at first but gradually notices how his co-workers get fired for absurd reasons and frequently replaced by non whites who act savagely and redpills the main character who eventually either gets fired or moves away again. and yes, the ceo is a kike with awful people running the job interviews.
don't really have much else planned at the moment but there will be a neat line of developing this as it goes along.
thoughts?
You can include a scene where two mothers were trying to fly a kite in the park with their young daughters (6-7 years old). They get surrounded and harrassed by young muslim boys (maybe 10-13 years old) as they try to badger the mothers to give up the kite. (Actually happened to my wife and daughter with their friends.)
Also a scene where a muslim woman approaches a man and his wife asking for directions or something. The man kindly responds and the muslim starts shaking in fear, refusing to look at him or acknowledge his response. (Again, actually happened to me. Twice. They probably got beaten for having a man talk to them.)
If you want actual work related things: (Yes, there is a theme you probably noticed, we start from an already "diverse" cast. More on that later.) Guy and his hispanic coworker are working hard on projects and kicking ass. Work review time comes along and the black supervisor gives 3/5 ratings to the white and hispanic guy, and 5/5 for their lazy black coworkers. The supervisor is black and all the blacks (except one, but you can leave that out if you want) just sit around not working all day, so obviously the ratings were because of racial favoritism. There is a white sub-supervisor who sheepishly explains to the two workers they didn't get a good review because "they are new (had been there over 6 months by that point) and the supervisor didn't want to give them good ratings which would make them look bad if they didn't live up to in the future." (Yes, actually happened to me.) The hispanic guy then goes "fuck it" and becomes lazy while the white guy buckles down and keeps doing his job well for years, incurring lots of stress and being denigrated by lazy coworkers. (Yes. Me again.)
About the "diverse" cast. Have the main character travel for work or something to all-white places (rural Colorado, Boise of a few years ago, Italy, or wherever it doesn't matter.) While there he subconsciously relaxes. He enjoys safe walks at night by a river. He enjoys polite talks with strangers. After a few trips over several months/years, he realizes the racial and cultural connections between all the things I've included in this post and "wakes up."
Good luck on your story. I hope some of this helped. Will I be able to read your story somewhere?
