They have 37% of the vote and every other parties have stated they won't enter in a coalition with them. It would be a bit of a waste of time, but let them fail.

With 5-10 parties, 37% is a lot. Enough to make them the biggest party with the most seats. Which means they have a lot of influence, even if they're not in government. They can work with whoever they want, they never have to compromise just to form a block and they won't get blamed when something goes wrong because everything is always the fault of the current government.

Parliamentary systems are great in this way.
