The problem is that people get a whiff of a single based elected official in a sea of 100 senators, 435 representatives, 9 supreme court justices, and think "we can vote our way out of this".

The answer to that question wouldnt change Massie's best course of action, from an objectivist viewpoint. We could talk about what is best, but the natural death of his wife vs mossadcia et al kiking her doesnt change what's best. If she died naturally, they are no less guilty of anything else, and she is still gone, totally gone, he will never have her back and will have to soldier on until his own death.
