A wounded man sitting in a chair throwing a stick at a drone hardly seems like an armed combatant and the drone slowly flying around there doesn't seem like they couldn't pause the battle to see he's wounded and not a threat anymore. Looks like they are bragging about a war crime but nothing new about that.
