although i'm sure a hypothetical european/nip nation would be perfectly fine to live in, i don't think it would be this based.

A lack of homogeneity means it won't be "our" space. As in the people won't apply their communal sense/asabiyyah to the location. When that sense applies for a while, people don't think of selfish behavior like that because it would hurt their family. Communal places aren't like home and people are much more likely to steal. It might take a while for a bad experiences to cause a downward social spiral, but it will happen.

It’s certainly possible that the lack of niggers IS the real reason, but even the amount of white people living there is small enough to be irrelevant. Also, consider that most European countries had highly homogeneous societies until the Jews started their ethnic replacement campaigns post-WW2, so the REAL reason could be that there are virtually no Jews in Japan.
