97% of Japan’s population is ethnically Japanese. The rest is made up of remnants of former indigenous people that were assimilated, and whatever *gaijin* happen to live there.

It’s certainly possible that the lack of niggers IS the real reason, but even the amount of white people living there is small enough to be irrelevant. Also, consider that most European countries had highly homogeneous societies until the Jews started their ethnic replacement campaigns post-WW2, so the REAL reason could be that there are virtually no Jews in Japan.
