America is doomed because the communities are not legitimate. The people who move into a neighborhood are too different and all hate each other and complain to HOA to get over on each other. It's part of the argument i got into with most ConsumeProduct members because they CONSUME the perfect green grass lawn which is just consumerism and a product and faggot lifestyle since green grass is poor utilization of land and your ancestors would utilize land to grow crops or raise livestock or grow lumber or something useful, not belch beer and stare at useless grass with boomers.

So you have people who hate each other and have nothing in common all living in close vicinity since contractors and developers will sell you lots where the house takes up 75% of the lot and leave you with almost zero land. So everyone is close staring at each other and you can hear your neighbors' conversations. One house is full of misbehaving child predator spics another house is niggers another house is faggots another house is cuckold family with manbun guy another house is zipperheads. The shit can never work. Does anyone vouch or vet for you when you move into a neighborhood? It's a free for all. Plus people come and go so fast now it's not even worth getting to know your neighbor because he'll move again in 3-5 years. Honestly, you can get rich just by strategically upgrading your home property by planning and beating the housing market knowing the areas that will have most equity growth.
