Now you tell me how it blesses Abraham (who "rejoiced to see My [Jesus'] day"), to support people who actively curse Jesus who is the physical descendant of Abraham.
Supporting the jews is also comparatively recent - go back before about the late 1800s and you don't see Christians loving the jews - jews were seen as stubborn future Christian converts at best or subversive aliens at worst (leading to them being kicked out of 109 countries).
If descent from Abraham alone counts as fulfilment of the promise, the Arabs are equally God's Chosen People™.
