Talking to a friend. Some people from the Congo moved in down the street awhile back. Overall friendly people. No real complaints other than the fact they shouldnt be here.
But they are so fucking stupid. They drive slowly but their ability to drive well is horrendous.
Talking to a friend about the average IQ being less than 70 for their country. He said “well IQ tests are designed for Western intelligence not other cultures.”
I replied with “why are they in our culture then? This doesnt seem like a strength for us.”
Lightbulb started to turn on.
It's more than just that. It's a mentality of carelessness and meaninglessness. It's not an actual decrease in cognitive capabilities, but worse decision making.

When I was in Germany, we had 1 Indian programmer. Despite him being 90% in Germany, he was married to his cousin. Incest is extreme among shitskins. It is common knowledge that muslims do cousin marriage as well.

As I said, there are factors that decrease intelligence. Take them away and you reduce the decreasing factors. Also (in the past) migrants tended to be on the upper half of the IQ distribution. The problem is that you basically have to hold their hands forever, otherwise they will resort to their natural behaviors. Which goes right back into incest, cannibalism and gang rapes.
And we are basically talking about "well behaved" niggers, not actually smart ones who are proficient in arts, science, engineering, etc. It's still an improvement compared to US jogger types or the mass migranto gang raping types, as they value education more too.
